Spokane is not a generic Pacific Northwest market. The east side of the state gets real winters, hard freezes, ice, and enough snow load to stress a roof that was installed without the right underlayment. Then August hits and it's 95 degrees and your deck boards are expanding. We've worked in those conditions here, not in a milder climate a thousand miles away.
South Hill lots sit on volcanic basalt in places, which affects excavation and post-setting for fencing and deck footings. Older homes in Browne's Addition and the Perry District have knob-and-tube wiring, original plaster walls, and framing that doesn't match a modern spec sheet. None of that surprises us mid-project.
We also serve
Liberty Lake and
Cheney on a regular basis, so if your property sits outside Spokane city limits, that doesn't change what we bring to the job.
